Truly terrible. Went in for an extension refit as my normal salon was booked up. The hair was not re tipped, the extensions were not put back in evenly (I have bunches of extensions), the extensionsist clamped down on each extension essentially reclaiming the micro ring in the opposite direction and ripping my hair out everyone she took one off, the women chatted infernally and it took 30mins from sitting down to get one row removed. I asked at the beginning of I would be out within 2.5hrs and was assured that I would be, it took my suggestion (with an hour to go) that the extensionsist ask for someone to help her as it was taking so long. Upon another woman coming to help her I was told there was no way I would be out in time. I had to tell the extensionsist to stop putting extensions back in in positions that would show through in my hair and reposition in appropriate places. They were cheap £130 for a full head. To add insult to injury,i 2 weeks 12 extensions have fallen out. Utterly disgusted with the whole experience and outcome. Thoroughly unrecommended.
