Was in between 2 or 3 stars, decided to give them the benefit of the doubt since the hairstylist had me come in again to try and blend the color in more. The hairstylist was rude and pulled on my hair all throughout both sessions, even after asking her to be more gentle. Even rinsing out my hair was painful. But that's besides the point. Both the haircut and hair color were not what I asked for. I was on the brink of tears by how bad it looked. She didn't seem to care though and just wanted me to pay. If she couldn't get the color I wanted from my dark hair then she should've just said that from the beginning.
