Absolutely ridiculous, full of rude staff which clearly doesn’t care about your animals. EVERY TIME I came there, they’re LATE 1 hour with to my appointment, I was many times late to work because of their disorganisation. Today I came 20 minutes late due to traffic and fact that I’m living far and they refused to take me for appointment. I told them I took a day off for this, and that May cat may have a tumour because there is something size of ping pong ball on her breast and I must check it immediately as this kind of things are growing very quickly. + I think she’s pregnant so it’s very urgent! They don’t care at all and told me to come next week, they didn’t even let me to see vet for 5 minutes coz they’re “extremely busy” even though there was nobody waiting for appointment apart from me. Ridiculous place, overpriced and never care for your pet. They gave me wrong diagnoses twice already!!! AVOID

This used to be THE BEST vet. We've been with them from the very beginning but they've gone rapidly downhill in the last few years: having to chase results when we've been promised call backs, lack of communication, not able to get emergency appointments. They have a captive audience here now so they'll always be in business but we now travel further afield to get a better quality of service.

The receptionist staff are very helpful. Amber done a full and thorough test on my dog, explaining all the results. You can tell that all the staff love their job, and really do care about animals. Would highly recommend them to take care of your pets.
