Have ordered Shrine stuff previously from Amazon without incident. This time, ordered online from Shrine directly on 15/7 for delivery within 7 working days. Notified within 3 days that my order has been despatched. Since then, nothing. According to the courier, they are still awaiting my goods. Four chase up emails to Shrine have yielded nothing. I really wish that I had read the reviews before ordering from Shrine’s online shop, as my experience seems to be standard. 😡

Terrible customer service and extremely unhelpful. I ordered something 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. They have said they can’t provide tracking information even though it clearly states on their website that they provide tracking with all orders. Absolutely would not buy online from them.
