Southampton central is an easy located/clean gym. Staff + managers are always friendly and happy to help you with any questions about fitness. Classes are really good if you’re looking for effective workouts without feeling awkward in the gym. Would recommend to anyone !

Okay, since I have been asked to be honest, I like this Gym because it is town centre close to shops what I need. Everyones friendly, however, hand dryer does not work in mens changing room, and People tend to knick your stuff if you leave it unattended 😅
