I have been coming to this year for a year and a half now and for someone who suffers from ADHD, autism and anxiety that says a lot because I normally become overwhelmed and leave, it’s a great gym, friendly, clean and a good atmosphere with instructors who are friendly and always willing to help. There is a large range of equipment and classes with a PT for everyone’s needs. They cater well for those with disabilities and make everyone feel welcome. Gym managers Ben and Matt are always there to talk to and offer advice. It’s a great gym.
