Instant and friendly! I called and spoke with Kerry about an issue with my rifle and told I could bring it straight in , again Kerry served me and had the gun repaired while I waited! The cost was exceptionally reasonable but the jam in the doughnut was the service ... well done Team and Kerry make sure you get a pay rise Many thanks and regards Steve

I responded to a Gun Trader advert, gave them a phone call to get more information on the gun advertised. The man on the phone was polite, friendly and honest. I asked him to put the gun aside as I wanted to buy it. I arrived at the shop a couple of hours later and yes the gun was behind the counter ready for me. The paperwork was completed within 15 minutes, payment was made and I took the gun away packed in my case. The young man was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and I am more than happy with my purchase, it was definitely worth the 200 mile round trip on my motorcycle!

Me and my brother (Jacob) went in to ask questions about licensing and the price of starting shooting . We were met by Kerry behind the till who was extremely informative and couldn’t of given us a better service . We immediately felt comfortable in the shop even when everything was new to us . She took the time to answer all our questions and was very informative with how we can take our next steps . When we are both licensed we will definitely be making our first purchase through her ☺️.

Absolutely amazing shop and staff, couldn’t have been more helpful. After an initial phone call that was handled fantastically and provided me with answers to all my questions I decided to make the 2 hour journey to the shop. On arrival I was welcomed and shown the gun I had come to see. Initially I had decided I really wanted 28” barrels and this one had 30” (I knew this prior to travelling) but that is the same as the gun I had sold long ago that I desperately wanted to replace as I got on so well with it. There was no pressure at all to buy and I was given time to think about it - most of which I used to chat to the staff while I made a decision. Ultimately I decided to purchase the gun and I couldn’t be happier. If I could give more stars I would as all the staff were friendly and helpful which made for a very nice buying experience, I only have one complaint and that is I wish you guys were closer! I will certainly come back, hopefully the traffic is better next time.

Mixed experiences with this shop, had a couple of visits in the last few months where it seemed pretty clear they didn't wanna help. Having said that my last visit was more than helpful. Hoping the standards keep getting higher!
