We loved our stay at this holiday cottage and especially its history. We used the bedroom on the upper level and had every clear night a beautiful view to Calais. We did not miss something and enjoyed the view from the panoramic window in the living room to France. We found it comfortable and cosy. The only "negative" issue is that it is so close to the cliffs edge and we did not used the garden. Even the way up to the cottage with the car was not a problem for us, but we always used the handbrake. The assistance from the property manager was perfect. All in all we can say that it was an unique vacation in an unique location.
