Great guitar shop. Would have liked to discuss possible purchase but the only sales assistant was being bored to death by another "cudtomer" so never got the chance to speak to him. Will try again next time in the area

I was a little nervous buying remotely, but I shouldn't have been. Jim made the whole process really easy. He was happy to chat at length about the guitar on the phone. It was exactly as described, well packaged, next day delivery. Great communications too. The only problem now is that I'll be looking to buy more guitars from him!

Bought a Gretsch Broadkaster Bass from these guys, Jim was so helpful and friendly, paid for the guitar late on a Wednesday afternoon, and it arrived in London by the following Friday. Great service, great team, and above all a beautiful guitar. Thanks guys.

Overall, an excellent experience with the Guitar Trade Centre. My plan was to visit the shop with the intention of buying (just) an amp. In the run up to this, Jim was quick in answering any questions I had about the item via Messenger. Upon arrival, Jim was friendly, professional, super-helpful and was happy to talk through the various settings on the amp. In addition to this, he was equally happy to spend time talking about all things guitar-related. The shop itself is well stocked and has an excellent range of guitars to suit every budget. In short, I left with the amp and lovely guitar to add to the collection. I'll definitely be back at some point in the future - highly recommended.

Just purchased an 1978 Gibson RD Standard from Jim at The Guitar Trade Centre in Battlefield, Glasgow. Knowledgable guy and a real enthusiast. He was happy for me to px two guitars that weren’t getting any play time for the RD. Fair price given for both trade in’s (in fact probably 40-45% more than if i walked into any large multi site guitar emporium). The guitar was well set up by the on site tech and Jim was happy for me to check for the authenticity of wiring and control pots, as well as checking the truss rod still had adjustment left. Even after the deal was done we spent 30 mins just talking guitars. Overall a pretty positive experience and well happy with my purchase.
