    I'm very annoyed with how much they seem to care its not right to leave your people in such Horrid conditions if I was the land lord I'd give them emergency housing then they be back when it's cleared. They left us in such bad meldew conditions and still think that it not making us ill when it has made one of us get constant nosebleeds,Coughs,Sickness feeling,Sleepiness. It's made me get sleepy, a watery mouth with sickness,Headache, Tingles in feet

    Guiness have been amazing and very understanding. Due to a mobility problem and suffering a number of falls. They arranged for grab rails to be fitted to make my flat safer.The engineer who came to do the work was excellent. Very polite and helpful. The work carried out was brilliant. Thank you all so much.
