Very odd experience. Got a cold call but agreed to a meeting anyway to see what it was. I was asked if I would want to discuss the decision to join with anyone to which I said well probably my wife as I talk to my wife about everything anyway. This was again highlighted when he rang later that week to confirm the meeting but I made clear that my wife would be at home but looking after the kids etc. Meeting happened but ended abruptly when he asked for my wife to be present during the ‘presentation’ to which I said it’s not really possible as my 3 young kids where having dinner etc with my wife supervising. He just got up and said it’s part of the criteria so thank you for your time and left! Am I missing something? I’ve just read two other reviews with similar responses. I still don’t even know what he came round for so feel a bit freaked out!!

I was a member of the GMC many years ago under a different business. I contacted them in December to join up again. I requested that they communicate with me by email because I cannot hear the telephone but never heard back since - 5 months later. If this is how they conduct themselves, I do not wish for my business to be a member. Very sad for a long established member organisation.

Had a call from “area manager” asking to book an appointment to go over more info when I replied asking for an email with information as we’re in a extremely busy period he then rudely told me I can find information on their website and ended the call rather abruptly. Maybe should think about how you handle calls before asking for membership 👍

Had H,H,S, Electrical in for a free quote to install a 32 amp supply to the rear of my property, on arrival introduced himself (Andrew) looked at the work to be done ,then told me what work was required ,took details of my e mail, quote arrived promptly as said. the quote was very competitive and broken down into stages. when Andrew arrived to do the work he explained what the day entailed .very impressed by the work quality and installation. Steve later arrived to help and he too was also very efficient in his work they cleaned up any mess that was left. I highly recommend this company for any work , customer service is 5 star (only had 1 cuppa also)

I made a single, non offensive comment on their Facebook sponsored advert (my comment, "48k views and only 5 deleted comments"), and I was instantly blocked by them!?! What a joke of a business, trying to make money off of other people's hard work!

As a Guild Member since 2020, I have been extremely pleased with how they have supported and promoted my Craftsmanship. Great, polite communication, helpful enquiries and very kind support and promotion for me as an independent heritage crafter. Thanks so much!

As a company owner I was cold called by these people at the time of them contacting me I was busy and was happy to have a call back from them at a more suitable time as I explained to them, I then had whoever he thinks he is that called me rudely speak to me and cut off the phone after his little paddy. I am the director of an extremely busy company and the best advice for anyone looking for growth and future development would be to not tie in with the likes of whoever these people think they are.

I wanted to join and was contacted by their area sales manager. He was rude arrogant and extremely uninterested in my company. He put pressure on me to join and asked me to do my own research. Utter shambles

Had a very rude phone call by the "area manager" forcing an appointment on me. When I agreed a date, he then wanted my wife present at the meeting. He became rude when I said she can't be there as she will be at work. What has my wife got to do with my business anyway and why would she need to he part of the presentation? Put me off from this lot. Not very professional nor a company I'd like to associate with...

Projects Paving and Landscaping did an excellent job replacing our drive. They worked carefully but still finished ahead of time. The design and choice of materials was excellent.
