Job center referred me to the growth company around 2 months ago to the work and health programme. They helped me find employment, they rewritten my CV to a good standard and my key worker Laura was lovely and always prompt in keeping in contact with me. Attended three interviews at the Growth Company the last interview was successful. I start my new job in 3 days time and I am very much looking forward too it. I have mental health problems so I was very nervous about returning to employment after my recent hospital stay and 18 months out of work. The growth Company helped me put these thoughts to one side and are even going to provide me with bus tickets so I can get the bus into work for the first few months for free. I think alot of these negative comments are from people who are annoyed that if they quit working with the growth company their benefits will be stopped. Once you sign up with them through the job center if you stop working with the Growth Company without good reason you can be sanctioned and your benefits stopped - lots of people are not told this when they sign up with them via the job center and indeed alot of people (not all) on disability would rather stay unemployed! In my opinion if you generally do want to work the Growth Company will help you like they did me.

Total shambles, supposed to be an expert outfit but were just students in an open plan office, The report produced for me didn't even read right, grammar and punctuation were non existent, full of spelling mistakes, they couldn't even string a coherent paragraph together, the report looks like it was produced by a primary school child, how they got this contract is a mystery.

Hello, Bad experience everyone acting cowboys please avoid at all cost Shocking service and horrendous after support they fail to contact you they don't listen you will be passed from advisor to advisor explaining your needs all over again and if you complain they will mess you about.. I currently struggling with stress and high anxiety and panic attacks staff are so rude and unprofessional... They are picking on the weakest people in society and psychological harming you thinking they are above you treat you like piece of dirt on the floor.... I have now requested to be removed from this provider and recently decided to joining up to another training provider its like night and day you will get the repect and human dignity and equality... So any consider using the growth as a training provider think twice they might look professional but run like a cowboy under the hood...

Waste of time and tax payers money and government funding close this place down for good or rehire staff that have the skills and knowledge and a better understanding people needs.... Attended my first appointment last Friday Liverpool, Merseyside Branch my so called advisor seems very impaired and ignorant they will not listen to a word you say even you speak they will continue to talk down to you. Anyone looking for work stay away go to another provider......

We were visited by the Growth Company in November 2022 with the intention of providing training to me, an employee of the company I work for. Before telling me what courses were available I had to provide ALL of my personal data - name, address, DOB, national insurance number etc which I found odd. I expressed interest in a few courses and have sent multiple emails trying to follow up on this training. Heard nothing constructive and plenty of excuses. I have just exercised my rights under data protection law to have my personal information deleted. A complete waste of time and a shame this company has access to government grants.
