All staff are helpful patient and kind. My prescriptions take a lot of time to do and at times the pharmacy sends my script back if they don't have the dosage prescribed so the staff and doc write and send another for the dose they do have. Great practice

Can’t get past reception, turn up for appointment to be told it’s actually 3 weeks away, and on a bank holiday Monday, says they’re shut bank holidays? I’ll take my chances at vets.

The staff is rude, not only rude but borderline racist. I am Spanish and after been advised by 111 to speak with my GP with regards of my son who is disabled, they not only NEVER pick up the phone. They even dared to highlight a report for me where it said what I was saying, to speak with the GP. There’s no wonder people in Barnsley suffer with a precarious health, if these people are the ones working the ground. It’s disgusting. Never, in the last 10 years I have been living in this country I have been treated this way. I would recommend to anyone moving into the area, avoiding this practice if possible. Would give them zero stars if that was an option.

Absolutely useless,three days straight I've been ringing.You cannot get through.The staff ignore the phone,i know this because whilst I've been sat in the waiting room I've rang the number and watched staff ignore it.It needs shutting down its not fit for purpose.
