Despairing I'm alarmed how difficult it is to get an appointment online...I'm sent from their site to the NHS Web page which in turn sends me back to The Grove medical site...I'm 67 and I fear for the more elderly how may be to navigate the Internet . Used to be an amazing surgery pre pandemic...

They didn't want to take care of my daughter when she had a high fever, they didn't want to take care of me when I had the cesarean section wound and certainly Dr. Warwicker was very rude in his treatment of my baby! It's a lousy place to go! If you need help, that place is useless, it lacks a vocation for service and humanity

Receptionists & practice manager could have better table manners! regularly blocking the patients from seeing the doctor. I was also told by a receptionist to be able to have a home visit, you have to be elderly and unable to walk!! she then told me to go to the hospital if the case was that bad, no care or compassion very unprofessional. I feel this is a worry for the communities well-being and safety to their health!

Downloaded the Livi app to book an appointment, but Livi say they aren’t associate with this practice so I need to pay £49 for an appointment with my GP. This practice is hilariously awful. Thoughts and prayers to people who have something seriously wrong with them. Based on previous comments there’s 100% chance they’ve just given up and aren’t seeing anymore people.

I am shocked at the utter incompetence and rudeness of Staff, especially at reception. I have had to repeat the same test FOUR times, and all four times it was either wrongly processed or not processed at all (unknown reasons). No willingness to help the patient whatsoever. Avoid. I am going to change practice as soon as I move.
