I took my 2 Anatolian Shepherds here today for their first ever groom, I use the chart Sutton kennels for them as the staff are fantastic. Same can be said for the grooming team. I don't believe the negative reviews for a second. The team handled my dogs amazingly and my lightest weighs 60kgs. The payment is very good and goes to a great charity. I always recommend the Chart Sutton team not just for their kennels but now also grooming.

I've been taking my Tibetan Terrier to The Grooming Room for nearly two years. She's goes every six weeks and they really look after her and she always comes home looking fab. I would highly recommend them.

I went to the grooming room instead of my usual groomer as they were more local and had good availability. Unfortunately, my dog has returned and looks rather ‘moth eaten’ instead of her usual post-groom tidy. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but they said they were ‘experts’ in hand stripping but sadly the evidence is contrary to that. Worst still it took them three times as long and cost twice as much!!! I’m not going back.
