We always cut nails at the hedge end groom room but this time they were fully booked and we called shirley groom room we got an appointment at 2:45 p.m. since we live very far from shirley we left early but still got stuck in traffic on winchester road and arrived late for 10 minutes upon arrival they didn’t tell us anything that we were late, I wanted to go with the dog, as I did in the hedge end, but we were told I have to stay, they will pick him up, I said he always walks with me, he is so calm and he doesn’t twitch then and not afraid we always did it in hedge end but they said different rules here. I asked to call the supervisor when he came he told me we won't do anything anyway it's late your time came out his name is Phil. This is the worst service I have ever met.

Disappointing! Today I called to make an appointment for nail clipping. When I called I got asked the question regarding my dog breed which I replied “American bully” this was when the phone operators behaviour changed towards me. Saying “WE DO NOT DEAL WITH AMERICAN BULLYS” and I said “i have previously taken my dog there for his nails clipping” this was when she said words of the effect that basically was accusing me of lying about my breed, I explained to her I attended the salon before without making appointments as nail clipping can be walk in and those times they have always accepted my dog however today I was busy so decided to call prior. I checked the groom room website where there is nothing relating to breeds that they do not work with. This is discrimination against my breed of dog and I also have a senior lab and I will return for any more services after this poor customer service. At no point did she apologise however just spoke down on me regarding my breed and then accused me of lying about my breed in previous session even though you can clearly see what breed he is!!

Short hair FULL GROOM does not include a haircut. It's just a wash and nails. Why not call that wash and nails like everyone else on planet earth. Thankfully they gave me my money back.
