We called on Wednesday asking for a nail trim for our 16 year old staffy who goes to the vets 4 pets in the same building, the staff booked us in for 5:45pm just before the shop shuts at 6pm. We turned up Thursday afternoon 5:45pm and all the staff had gone home and the groom room was shut. We had no notice, no call, to email and had to travel back in rush hour. We could have utilised the time to book elsewhere if we were informed ahead of time. Let down, would not recommend.
