Took a golden retriever in for a wash, dry and brush after a long flight in a crate. Staff were friendly and informative. They called when the dog was ready and he looked fantastic.

First time here as I got a voucher through Pets At Home VIP club & I won’t be returning I am afraid. Little to no attention paid to my cockerpoos face & now it’s full of mats as she essentially hasn’t had a groom there for 12 weeks! Lots of extras they ask you about when going in which all became confusing. I would personally not work in this way, you need to have a full groom option & concentrate on absolutely everywhere in my opinion. It’s all about transparency!

Best groom room I have been to. Hannah took such good care of my chow chow puppy Teddy. She is so friendly and nice, and very responsible. I could easily tell she loves animals deep in her heart. Normally it takes an hour to wash a puppy. But she actually schedule more than an hour for Teddy due to her thick hair, and of course for the same price. I've been to the Richmond groom room but that lady spent only 45 mins on Teddy instead of a full hour. I could really tell the difference between Hannah and other dog groom ladies I met. It has been my luck to find her and I will not go to other groom rooms. The only problem is that it is so hard to make a booking as it is always fully booked, but on the other hand it reflects that they are amazing. I suggest you book at least 1 month ahead of time.
