Barely took anything of my cocker spaniel but still changed the full price, was not what I asked for. And since going for his groom he is matting more on his ears and won't let anyone touch them which is unusual for him and appears scared when you want to brush him. Not sure what happened at his groom.

They answered the phone and put it down without saying anything 🤷🏻‍♀️ I called back and was sent to a voicemail directing me to book online (which makes me think they hung up the first call to make a call themselves). Trying to book online directs me to call them so they send you round in circles. My custom went elsewhere! *Edit I actually tried them again, could never get through by phone, booked online, had to go through customer service to pay deposit as they never answered the phone again. Turned up to appt to be told they couldn’t do it, short staffed and the lady needed a break, they couldn’t make a phone call to say so either to save us the travel cost and stress. 100% would not go near them again. Management are a joke, couldn’t have made the calls themselves to save their customers the journey and kept repeating lies ‘at’ me.

Amy did a 5 star job today with Gigi. Gigi has super thick hair and hates being groomed by me; she was an angel for Amy and Amy has her looking the best she ever has! Gigi is super pleased with her new look too!

Not even worth half a start. Disheartened really am. 3rd visit and last wont take my cockapoo back. Issue not resolved i refuse to take him back to be corrected for many errors. He was there 2 hours I'm not doing it to him poor baby.
