Sadly I've had more than one negative experience here, all due to customer service. Each time I've been in to the shop, I've been met with a rude and rushed tone - as other reviewers have said, being told to wait 30 mins for a simple bouquet with no one else on the shop floor. Today however, really took the biscuit. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for collection, as I live just around the corner. After waiting the suggested 90 mins, I get a voicemail saying my bouquet has been cancelled due to there being no delivery drivers?!? We called asking how that was possible as I specifically listed collection, and was told the order couldn't be fulfilled as they had already cancelled. Hugely disappointed, will not be wasting my time or money here again.

Used the Greenery for our wedding flowers. Unbelievable. Brian and his team produced the best flower arrangements we have seen. Communication had been pivotal as I'm sure like most people we chopped and changed our minds while we worked towards what we wanted and this is where Brian was excellent with his advice and confidence in being able to produce the goods. He made sure the flowers were ordered at just the right time for them to open on the big day and look their best. On the day the flowers were delivered and installed with attention to detail and confirmation that everything was to our satisfaction. I suppose the big question is, would I recommend the Greenery? Yes of course we would they were great. Well done to all at The Greenery

I called on a Saturday at 11am to ask for a delivery the same day and the staff were so helpful and delivered the most beautiful flowers later thar day. I can't recommend The Greenery higher.
