Awful building with disgusting rude management. Locked out of the building all night in the freezing cold by the staff who’s intercom has been broken over a month and didn't answer their out of hours numbers. Their response is simply ‘it isn't our responsibility’ says it all

I lived at the Green Rooms for about a year, and I can't fault it. The staff are extremely friendly and hospitable, the location is fantastic and the facilities are kept immaculate. You can't really go wrong staying here.

The Green Rooms is an excellent place in the heart and soul of MediaCityUk. The residents are friendly and the place is exactly as advertised. Modern furnishing and very clean. It has an amazing view of the Salford Quays River and it’s close to a lot of restaurants and shops as well as a 4-minute walk to the Tram station. The concierges are very friendly and attentive. Avril and Grace are truly exceptional people. They will always quickly resolve any issue we might have. My wife and I got this place after a few apartment disappointments and frankly we don’t see ourselves leaving anytime soon.
