Just before the pandemic hit, we were on the market and had accepted an offer on our house; the main reason for our move? We needed more space! When Covid prevented us from completing our move, we needed a plan B. We looked at various options (such as a loft conversion), but didn’t want to price our house out of the street or set ourselves back from moving in a few years. The Green Room offered us the perfect solution, a cost effective, beautiful space that gave us a peaceful home office, a light and airy workout space, an insulated spare room for friends and family to stay over in, a large play room for the kids, and, added more value to our home! We are lucky to have a beautiful field behind our home, and the modular, functional design of the Green Room’s buildings meant that we could design the room together, allowing for lots of natural light to flow in, whilst making the most of our gorgeous view! The team were lovely, the work completed was fantastic and since completion in Dec 21, all we’ve needed is a little door adjustment which was completed within 2 days of us contacting the team. We highly recommend contacting the Green Room if you are considering a modular garden room, you won’t be disappointed and you won’t regret it 🙂

Luke and his team have completed the installation of a full width rear extension using the Leka XI building system for us. We have had full communication with the team throughout the process, nothing has been too much trouble and the professionalism and commitment of all of the staff has been beyond compare. Sadly now the extension is complete we don’t have anything else for the team to do for us but, were that not the case, we would use them 100% again and again. Suffice it to say we definitely recommend them for your own projects. We had to make a decision last year, move or extend - we are so very happy with the decision we made. We, our grandchildren and our children love the extra space so thank you Green Room team - keep up the awesome work Andy and Kerry Scott
