Literally one of the worst student accommodations in Bradford. I have had some many issues here and they didn’t even try to sort things out. Most flats and townhouses are a mess and some of the people living there are very unpleasant to live with. Wouldn’t recommend moving here.

The staff are very friendly but that's about it. I have had a faulty bathroom floor for 2 years, I have informed them for 2 years including extended periods during term time where I will not be in the room (usually for disability/health reasons) so they can fix it then if they don't have any maintenance staff during holidays, and it is STILL faulty. It's not been fixed, and I doubt it's even been touched. My lightbulb to my main room blew on Thursday, reported it on Thursday, and even though I heard maintenance go to my neighbour's room apparently 2 seconds cannot be spared for someone to give me a lightbulb to a dome light (not a normal light otherwise I'd do it myself). And on top of that the internet quality is awful to the point YouTube automatically loads videos in 144p and even THEN sometimes I cannot watch the videos, let alone actually do any uni work (since my course is very technology and internet focused). And as of writing this, the internet is completely out and multiple Google searches (on my phone, even though the 4G here is also subpar) suggest the fault is with the router, not my laptop.
