Love this place. Have visited many times during trips to Hay on Wye. But I only started to order via the website last year. Everything arrived beautifully packaged in tissue paper - so nice that I didn't need to rewrap for Christmas. Have bought excellent sheepskins, homewares and toiletries over the years. One day I will spring for a vintage blanket.

Got an immaculate tweed coat online shipped to Sweden for an unbeatable discount price. (Although Swedish Uncle Sam asked for about 150 pounds but still there’s no chance I can find this quality even after this tax. Also it’s not the shop’s fault) Nicely tailored, very high quality tweed, uncriticisable down to the very details such as the fabric in the inner pockets. Very fast dispatch as well. I don’t know about customer service because there were simply no needs to contact them as everything was just perfect. A suggestion: show the lining of the coats on the website! It’s good. Let the customers know.

Website is beautifully presented however if you need to return any item you will pay £8.90 for the delivery and £8.90 for the return. The company only refunds the cost of the item. As I was unimpressed by the quality of the item ordered, I consider that paying £17.80 to actually see an item was truly excessive.
