Beware if you want something specific. I ordered 5th edition bean boozled jelly beans and was sent the 6th edition. On messaging to inform them I had received the wrong order I was told that the 5th edition is no longer available when it is clearly still for sale on their website. Customer service were quick to reply but offered no apology just a blunt request asking if I wanted to return them, which I will not do as I am not prepared to pay more postage. I will shop elsewhere in future.

Giving it 1 star because I have to, Worst store to purchase or buy from. Management is rude and do not listen they have a very rude attitude and speak to you like your a child when yet the mistake is from their side. Avoid at all costs

Blame the customer for receiving melted chocolate. You should use transportation that ensures the chocolate maintains the right temperature. Customer service was shocking. Pretended to taste the same batch chocolate on the phone. Whilst they did reluctantly send a replacement, the customer service was terrible.
