We had our wedding at The Great Barn in May 2023. Support running up to the big day with all our planning was great. During the day itself, the team were reassuring (very important for the Bride) attentive and discreet throughout the day. It all helped with the most magical day for us both and our guests. We also had the Cottage for the wedding night. Lovely place to wake up as Mr & Mrs!

Choosing a wedding venue is a fairly daunting decision to make - but we were so glad we chose The Great Barn! It’s such a beautiful venue and was the perfect size for us (just over 100 guests). We were so lucky to be able to explore the grounds with our photographer and use the outside space for lawn games and our speeches, and the guests commented all day on what a beautiful venue it was. Having a room to get ready in on-site and to crawl to at the end of the day was also really handy and made the whole day really easy to plan. It’s a great ‘blank canvas’ style venue that you can choose to do a lot with, or nothing with, when it comes to decorations. We’d really recommend this wedding venue!

Beautiful place. We had never been before as we are not local. We attended the wake of a dear friend there and were so impressed with the venue. Catering was amazing, log fires very welcoming as were staff. Would be an amazing wedding venue.
