Food and service good, but as a Carbon Free Certified Restaurant (🙄) I do hope the restaurant group is making its own quarterly donations to the 'charity' out of its own profits, rather than just adding it to customer bills? Do you match the value of total customer 'donations' at the very least? Otherwise you're not really making any sacrifices yourself, just asking others to do it for you whilst pocketing the enjoying the good press and marketing. If you want to impose your climate change views onto others, lead by example and donate quarterly out of your own pocket don't just ask others to do it for you...
