(Translated by Google) You have to look for it, then you have to find it: although located on the famous Victoria Street, this restaurant is hidden on the first floor of the building, after a small staircase. But once through the door, you will be conquered! First of all, by the welcome: friendly and attentive owner, fast and professional service. Then by the frame: these old tables in the middle of centuries-old stone walls. And then finally by the cuisine: sophisticated and refined dishes, in the tradition of classic Scottish recipes. Personally, I would gladly give them a Michelin star, which would seem well deserved if the guide finds the way to this confidential place. Attention, reservation essential given the success of the restaurant.

I came in last minute with no reservation so I was delighted when the waitress shifted things around. The manager made time to have a chat with me even though the restaurant was busy. Honestly the food was amazing. I had the oysters and the Venison and it was outstanding. So much so that I had to ask the name of the chef. Thank you Carlo! The home made bread was phenomenal too
