Shocking level of service. Elderly patients unable to get through via the phone service for basics such as a repeat prescription. Would not recommend using this surgery.

really difficult to get hold of, i have tried three times, until the phone actually cuts off, how are you meant to see a doctor if you can not even get through to the reception area.

I think the staff are really friendly and approachable here, was able to get an emergancy appointment on the same day that was asked. Would definitely recommend this surgery to anyone who was thinking to change their doctors.

I find the staff here very helpful. I see Dr Ozturk, he is lovely and really listens. Getting an appointment has been no problem, the staff are great and get me booked for an appointment in a few days time. There have been problems with the phones but reception informed me that they have contacted NHS England about this.

Service is shocking, still waiting to get through on the phones. Had to physically go in and make an appointment the other week because i couldn't get through on the phone. Waited over an hour to see the GP last week. Absolutely not impressed with this surgery since joining them. I was hesitant to change my GP service because of my sons needs but we had to as we moved onto Canvey, I know why now but then I already knew right from the start!!! Sort it out people

It would be a miracle if the phone was answered. Normally picked up and immediately put down. Boots attached to this surgery are just as useless.4 Edit: A year later and this surgery is just as bad as ever. To get an appointment, you have to physically go to the place so they can't ignore you to your face.
