I have twice booked appointments with this surgery and twice they have been cancelled. First was a GP appointment cancelled 2 hours before my appointment and now another appointment cancelled with no information on when they will be performing neck ultrasounds again. The admin staff are very polite and efficient but the issue is obviously with the doctors. I have now booked else where and will never use this service again and I will not recommend this surgery to any friends or family.

I attended for a routine scan for my pregnancy as I suffer from anxiety so wanted to make sure everything ok. The staff were pleasant however I left somewhat underwhelmed by the experience. This is not a typical pregnancy scanning place where you have big screens to watch along whilst the sonographer performs their checks. Instead the lady is using a small portable device so you cannot see anything. Additionally they have no print facilities so you don’t get to have a picture as a momento. The lady said I could take a picture if wanted but it didn’t really feel encouraged so I didn’t. There is no mention of this on the website so just writing a fair review if you book here not to expect much / a special experience for the price you pay.

Convenient and fairly priced compared to fertility clinics unethically charging hundreds of pounds for gynecology scans. Lauren was very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable throughout my appointment. Nice conversation with Natasha at reception too. Very efficient service, online booling was easy and happy to get an appointment on a Sunday! I highly recommend based on this experience.

Amazing experience here. Booked an apt online late on Fri night for first thing Sat morning. £68. Pharmacy in the same place so you can get your consultation + prescription + medicine. I was in and out in 15 mins. If you need to see a doc very quickly at the weekend in the Wimbledon area this place is perfect.

Indian doctor even didn’t put gloves and disinfected skin before blood test!!! He said it is not needed!!!!! Jesus! Stay away from here if you don’t want to have any infection in your blood after appointment

I went for cryotherapy. The doctor briefly examined my hands, got out the liquid nitrogen spray, assured me that the treatment would be very thorough, but just did two quick treatments. I was only then given the pre-procedure explanatory waiver to review and sign, and had to pay £105. Two days later and the affected area is unchanged (the last time I had cryotherapy I had blisters which indicated the process had started). I contacted the office with my concerns and they couldn't be bothered to respond. Don't waste your time and money!
