Been struggling with hayfever since 2009, had the kenalog injection here. Was able to book online with no fuss, professional and friendly service and was in and out within 30 minutes with a huge change to my life since. I have yet to have a bad hayfever day and even don't need my regular antihistamines anymore. Will definitely do this again next year.

I went for a scan almost a year ago and at the time and until now I didn’t feel ready to leave a review. I had a bilateral scan and my lumps were graded significantly higher here than anywhere else. It caused significant stress, which ultimately turned out to be a benign process. I should have waited for the NHS appointment, where they have clear timescales and did a biopsy. I would like to state that I do not consent to the sharing my personal date in response to this review.

We had a consultation for my toddler son (tonsillitis that's been dragging on forever) with Dr Venus Ameen yesterday - she's great and really well informed. She also had a lovely empathic bedside manner with our little one. To be honest that's probably the best GP consultation we've ever had. Receptionist is really nice too! We will be back (hopefully not too soon!)

The receptionist staff were excellent and friendly (the Iraqi woman and her colleague especially). Consultation was thorough and very knowledgeable dr who explained everything carefully and even followed me up three days later. Very happy with care. Excellent service, on time and I highly recommend this team.

Doctor was lovely but when I called to get my results for my blood tests, which they’d said would be available after two working days and it had been 3 days, the receptionist told me I was wrong and kept talking over me, not letting me speak at all. It was incredibly rude and instead of answering me or even listening to me, she just kept talking over me and saying the same thing over and over again.

Saw a lovely GP here today, such a shame she was let down by her reception team, the customer service experienced was unthinkably bad. First of all there was a 30min delay but no prior phone call to advise, not a good start. Following the consultation there was an issue with the card machine, but the receptionist was adamant it was nothing to do with them and the card machine had been working all day. Actually, we saw two other people, one before us, and one after us have the same issue when paying by card, and the same excuses. I wonder what the audit log on the card reader might have to say? Okay, I get it, card machines fail but be honest about it. Don’t treat us like it’s our issue, and try to be somewhat professional when we call you out on it. The situation escalated in the shop and was quite unbelievable, the young girls on the desk most certainly shouldn’t be working a customer facing role, especially in this case where customers are paying for a service. Edit- review raised to three stars since the practice have acknowledged and dealt with our complaint appropriately. The owners comments below are not accurate but may have been posted before a thorough review was carried out. So, hopefully this is a one off incident for this practice and a shame our experience was sub standard on this occasion despite the GP being excellent.
