Very disappointed with service. Emailed 2 weeks in advance to enquire about a personalized cake and not even a response back. Still waiting and its been 2 weeks since i sent an email! Don't bother even trying to call as no response and the answer machine response is a message clearly left from Christmas. Will never be coming back again! Will be telling everyone else i know to steer clear

She provided cake samples to us before we settled on our final choices, and she was very knowledgeable in helping us make our decision about what flavours and design to go with. We and our guests loved the cake, and only wish we could have ordered more - there wasn't much left for us to take home! We hired Eloïse to make our wedding cake! And I was not dissapointed, the cake was amazing. Eloïse was so attentive to what we wanted and did more than we were planning. The service given by herself and the team was exceptional. As said before couldn't have been more happier. We were over the moon. The cake was moist and perfect inside out the taste was just from another planet. I would definitely reccomend The Gourmet Cake Company to anyone. If I could give 10 stars I definitely would.

El was fantastic to work with and really understood my vision for my cake. It was beautiful and I can't thank her enough. We had a games themed/rustic wedding and El managed to get the balance just right, the cake was ever so slightly whimsical with the chess board on the top tier but with the piped flowers creeping up the sides and over the top, exactly as I had envisioned. And the flavours we chose were superb, the toffee went down a treat with the guests!! If I ever get the chance to throw another big event, I will definitely be going back to the Gourmet Cupcake Company for a delicious creation.

We booked the Gourmet Cupcake Company to make our wedding cake. We wanted quite a unique design - a lego reveal cake! Having not seen them do the design before, this was a big risk, but the final product exceeded our expectations! It was amazing to look at but also tasted fantastic too! Minor changes were needed on the day to ensure that the cake was presented well on the log cake stand that we had ordered. The lady delivering the cake did this for us without any trouble and this was much appreciated.
