I had a basic gel polish, but the color started chipping after just three days. Additionally, the nail edges weren't painted properly, leaving a noticeable gap, and the hangnails were left untrimmed. The nail salon itself was quite dirty, with dust on the shelves where the nail polishes were displayed. It's one of the most expensive nail salons in Bristol and I don't think it's worth the cost since your nails won't last long.

Had gel nails done here about two weeks ago. Fast service and the nails looked great right after, however nails started chipping on day 2, and the girl doing my pedicure left to get a coffee while I was left waiting for about half an hour. They're also cash only

Very bad customer service the staff are very rude they talk bad about their own customers in their own language. it is considered rude and unprofessional to speak over your customer in any language. Especially about personal business, activities etc. You are providing a service to your customer, include them in your conversation, or be quiet.
