The Good Prep is a godsend for me and my impossibly busy schedule. The meals are healthy, tasty and packaged so they arrive safely but not extraneously packaged. Recycling is a snap. Also of note, The Good Prep customer service is as good as their meals. Special shout out to Suz who took great care of me when I had a small snafu with my order. Even though the error was on my side, she treated me as a valuable customer from start to finish and got things sorted straight away.

Have absolutely nothing bad to say about The Good Prep! Their food is beyond delicious, fresh... and wow, what a choice! The salmon is particularly great, the size of the fish is so much bigger compared to what you buy from supermarkets. Its a real time saver, and I dont have to think about what to eat each day in order to keep me in line with my weightloss goals and hitting the macros my PT has set. Would recommend to anyone!
