Customer Service - 101% In a nutshell, bought a used Crosman DPMS SBR last week, received it on Thursday, tried to give it a spin on Saturday (the weather was brilliant in London), noticed my mag was leaking, called the shop, spoke to Anthony who (without any hassle whatsoever), said he would replace the mag with a brand new one. I received my new mag today (Wednesday). Also, if I may add, when buying the gun Tristan gave me a really good deal. This to me is Exceptional customer service! I shall definitely be shopping with these Gentlemen again.
