I am appalled by the way me and my daughter was spoken to today by both members of staff , my daughter yes wrongly bought a little pet into the shop but has a number of times but today a member of staff shouted with bad attitude across the shop to get it put with no please or any professional mannerism , we got the counter and I did express that we they could of spoken to us a bit better, then the member of staff then started to argue with me offered me out while on shift and told me back at 330 when she finished work and put of her uniform, I am appalled of the level ofservice I am a customer and I would not of raised my voice if I was spoken to with respect

Absolutely disgusting customer service... Firstly go into the shop for nobody there to serve me..she was stood outside entertaining an older gentleman. She then came in and just stood there and was basically laughing in my face even after serving me as im walking out of the shop she still was rudley laughing .I did however say how very rude she was I wont be going bk to this shop no matter how convenient it says it is.

Been in there a few times normally go to the other store, i was talking to a nieghbour who had said a new manager was there so i went in what a difference, warm welcome and good to see Tess the manager smiling and wecoming everyone i know shes manager at gale lane,the shop is clean and tidy staff are more calm and noticing customers more, a big weldone mccolls, good move
