Order our usual go to tonight for Chinese Golden Bowl spend a lot of money food comes 2 hours later food cold and order incomplete. Ring up and the attitude towards the situation is terrible. They will bring the rest of the order when they can there doing there best got another 15 orders to do. Not the fact its took them 2 hours to bring cold food and the order is incomplete. Maybe stop being greedy and take your phone off the hook and deal with the orders you have. Lost a valuable customer but doubt they care because they have another 15 orders to do and thst keep till rolling 😒

I use Golden bowl as my regular Chinese takeaway, usually quite good.Ordered almost £60 worth of food for my sons birthday, the only thing edible was the special Thai red curry and ribs, although the meat was a bit ‘chewy’ especially the beef. I hate complaining, but I felt compelled to let them know it wasn’t their usual standard, wasn’t expecting much to be honest, the young girl who answered was lovely, really apologetic, I was then passed to a rude, nonchalant, quite eristic older lady - who just wouldn’t hear anything I had to say. I was offered 20% off my next order! I did say after waiting almost an hour for inedible food, I wouldn’t be ordering from there again, which is a shame, I fully expect people have off days, but it could have been dealt with much better. The food and customer service has left a bitter taste in my mouth. Photo is the ‘crispy beef’.

Paid and Ordered online! They cancelled our order - didn’t notify us we found this out when we called them, said they don’t deliver to our location and as they have cancelled the payment will be refunded. This was 1 weeks ago no refund! Will be ringing bank to report tomorrow! Don’t use online ordering, let’s you order regardless if they deliver to your address or not!
