The group welcomed me when I was new to London, and I've made some of my very best friends there. They're good people. The games played tend to be eurogames of some complexity (which they're happy to teach), though it varies. The location is very well suited to boardgaming, a rarity in central London (but the food is a tad expensive).

A fantastic and welcoming group of people to play boardgames with on a regular basis. Great for enthusiastic gamers of all levels. The Star Tavern’s Library is a superb space in an historical pub tucked away in a really central location. Lovely pub staff too, tasty menu options and always excellent service!
