Badly signposted... The sign is a bit misleading as gives the impression that it is numerous animals but just rare breeds of chickens!! Lady that came to the gate was less than welcoming to say the least

I’ve had 3 hens and some hatching eggs. 2 hens were faulty and the hatching eggs hatched out a different breed to what I purchased. I might just be unlucky but I won’t go back there.

Gobbett Rare Breed Farm is a wonderful place to visit. We bought a black mottled Pekin bantam called Dottie, A Lemon Pekin bantam called Goldie, 2 beautiful Dark Brahma's who have faces like birds of prey called Buzz and Ard and a stunning Buff Sussex called Marigold they are all enjoying a new life with our very old hen called Black Betty in Richards Castle near Ludlow. I would recommend everyone to visit and certainly to buy these delightful rare breed birds who have been reared in the most stunning environment with views to die for. It is a must, we will be back for more sometime soon.
