Complained over a month ago to TFL who said they would raise a complaint with go ahead. Here again when the bus is due the driver is sitting reading in his cabin. It’s always late in the morning. Never any apology … truly rubbish service!

Go-Ahead run many of the London area buses. What else needs to be said? They are part of the problem, NOT part of the solution. Get rid of fixed contract payments from TFL to the bus contractors, and the number of empty buses pollution our roads would be dramatically reduced.
