Bought a few items and was all great dealing with a mature lady,untill yesterday the 1st of October, went to buy a few items, my husband ask to see a chain while I look at a ring,come outside to ask me which ring,as we entering, a lady walk in,we told to wait outside by this female in black nail polish, her college came and offered to serve us on the otherwise,yet she refused, saying one at a time..when there is two places to serve, what a joke,we walked out,wouldn't be going back there anytime soon as long as this don't know about customer service person is thereš”

At first i was unsure about going into this shop as i didn't realise they sold jewellery... but they had been recommended by a few friends... They had each managed to buy some great bargains and i wanted to see what i could find. The jewellery was original and really good value, in fact cheaper than id seen anywhere else in Gloucester, and the ladies there were so helpful and happy to help me. I will most definitely be going back and will now tell more of my friends about it too :-)
