Glitzy is a gold mine in the world of balloons! Poppy is always willing to go the extra mile, very creative and has tons of ideas. Very experienced and the balloons in our daughters 1st looked absolutely gorgeous both both centre pieces and the garland . Every guest that attended wanted her details, the decoration, colour and the arrangement were fantastic! A supplier willing to really listen and cater for everyones needs. Highly recommend her!
