It is a great place to work. The manager is very supportive and prompt at taking action when things need doing. The residents are at the heart of everything they do. It is a classy place with high standards of care. Residents appear well presented and looked after also it smells clean & fresh. It is definitely a 5 🌟 place

I have worked in this home as a one to one carer for several months now and I can honestly say it’s among the top homes I have ever been to. The standard of care is excellent! The staff take time to ensure the persons centred care is met individually and I have never seen a resident looking unkept or in poor hygiene. The manager takes time to regularly ensure the staff have someone to air any issues that may have arisen and takes time to speak to staff and residents daily. The home itself is more like a 5* hotel and meets the needs of the residents to a very high standard and in a manner that links with memorabilia that the residents enjoy and respond to. Activities are daily and are all aimed at residents wishes and enjoyment. The food always smells and looks grate and is varied daily. The home is very clean and I can honestly say I have never smelt urine or anything similar as should a resident require the toilet this is met straight away. I very rarely recommend nursing homes due to being an agency worker I see various homes so have found that in general I find staff rushed or the home poorly managed and corners cut but I wouldn’t think twice about recommending this home and I hope to continue my work here for some time. :)
