I’ve been a patient at Glebe for most of my life and can honestly say I have never had a problem. Great team of clinical staff and receptionists. Most GPs work incredibly hard, but these GPs are providing the best service and care to their patients and I can’t imagine how CQC have rated this a “requires improvement” practice. I get offered an appointment any time I call, any referrals, blood tests, prescriptions, all handled efficiently and safely for me and my family. CQC should be ashamed of the pressure they are placing on brilliant surgeries like this one. It makes a sham of the process. Clearly patient experience doesn’t matter to them, it’s a tickbox exercise and it will ruin good GPs if the process doesn’t change. Ignore this surgery’s rating. They couldn’t work harder for their patients and me and my family appreciate the care they provide very much. Thank you Glebe family practice! Your hard work is appreciated!

I would have liked to join this surgery but was told to come on the first of the month for registration at 8am. Unfortunately due to the lack of “forms” they were only about to register five patients this morning. People were queuing from 7.30am as it well known that they employ these tactics. Makes me wonder why not tell the the old and vulnerable who had been in the wet and cold to go home instead of getting ill. Poor show of respect for prospective patients and an insight into how much they care for their current community. Time to find somewhere else. Time to privatise the NHS maybe?

Best 2 female doctors and team I've ever had! This has been my practice for over 12 years now and it truly deserves its 5 stars. I hear of other friends and families having nightmares getting appointments and rude staff at their own GP's.. Not here, not ever! Nothing is too much trouble here and if they can help they do. I've had both the doctors in this practice and they have overseen my health and my children's with empathy, knowledge and a really first class care. I have deliberately not moved home so far because to move GP's would be hideous here in Medway as I hear about so many problems elsewhere. This is a small practice but their professionalism is outstanding. I feel privileged that my health is overseen by this first class team.

I was given an appt this morning by doctor to come in for a specific swab test. I came in for my appt and waited to been seen by the nurse. The nurse told me she had no swab kits for my test. Why on earth would the nurse keep my appointment without notifying me that they don't have the correct equipment. They failed to alert me of this earlier. Made me travel all the way for nothing. The nurse was disrespectful towards me as well, she asked me if I wanted a chlamydia and gonorrhea Instead of what I was booked for (in front of my baby) !!!! I'm disgusted by how I was treated. Left me feeling really upset. This is so disrespectful
