Dreadful arrogant staff member. not coming back again after frequent visits over the past several years. Perhaps she took a dislike to me? PS order your food from the entrance otherwise you will be chastise for leaning over the counter. I have reported this establishment to the food hygiene agency as they leave customer food on the till area without any cover and chastise customers who come to near. Unacceptable!!!

I used to love going here. Until a couple of weeks back I went in with my niece and 2 children. They asked for a few things different. One was like 2 items less than you would have on a full English. And my son who has allergies had bread and my daughter wanted bacon so basically my son had the bread to my daughters sandwich. The waitress came out and said we can do it this once but we can’t do it again if we are busy. Was no one in there. I have worked in very high end restaurants and wouldn’t dream of saying that to anyone. We sat opposite the kitchen and could see how rude they were being about the order. That weren’t hard to do. Everything was an effort and chore. I couldn’t wait to leave and would never go back.
