Absolutely amazing service!! I tried to move and completely smashed one of the 850mm x 2000mm glass panels I had just received. I emailed in and explained the situation and TGW offered me a replacement panel completely free of charge. Still can’t believe the gesture but it is most welcomed in the current climate! Can’t recommended enough.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND: I just used the Glass Warehouse as I needed a quick turnaround for my bathroom - they were so efficient in replying to my query and I cant recommend them highly enough. I am in the middle of a house renovation, using many suppliers for a variety of jobs throughout the project and this was one company who stood out - not only were they competitively priced, they were so friendly to deal with, delivered on time and we are so happy with the finished product. They were so helpful throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

This is a genuine and honest review. My experience started off really well, I sent the specifics of my glass shower enclosure to them and they costed everything. I then paid and they mocked up some designs and drawings which I approved. That side of things went well (other than some chasing which I had to do, no big deal). Where it all went wrong was delivery. The glass was sent separately to the hinges/fixings, but I wasn't told this and so had to ring them to find out. The fixings arrived a whole week after the glass did. The actual delivery of the glass was ridiculous because the couriers dropped it off at nearly 10pm at night and just left it in my front driveway. I told the company to ensure the couriers called before delivery as I wasn't living at the house yet and they assured me they would. As the delivery was so late at night, I had to get someone to mind the kids who were asleep, then contact a friend and drive up to the house to put the glass inside. The couriers didn't apologise and simply said they work until 10pm and weren't told to ring me. One final point is that I bought a seal with the hinges, but the seal was never sent. I later asked for a refund for it as I had to buy the seal elsewhere and I was told i'd be refunded within 5 days. 10 days later there's still been no refund and I've had to chase them again this morning. This company are fairly decent, things started well, but they let themselves down at the back end of the transaction. In my opinion it's as though once they had my money, they stopped caring about their level of service. I think 2 stars is fair, probably would have been 3 stars if i'd have had my refund by now. UPDATE: My initial review was submitted on 28.11.22. I didn't receive my refund until 07.12.22, a further 9 days later. All in all, it took them 19 days to provide me with a refund for the missing item (when they told me I would receive a refund within 5 days). I believe it would have taken them even longer had I not posted this review. For this reason, I've changed my 2 stars to 1 star, which again I think is fair.

A bit reluctant to order because The Glass Warehouse was pretty much my first Google hit and, furthermore, they were very cheap compared to the competition: I needn't have worried - glass (a 12mm large tabletop) was perfect (less than half the price of some quotes I got), delivered on time, and the driver was extremely helpful and courteous. Office were also helpful with arranging delivery at a suitable time. Would definitely use again!

VERY IMPRESSED! The most slick experience from start to finish! I sent an image of a bespoke shower and measurements to the sales team. I had quote for the glass and attachments within a matter of hours. Communication was amazing! Delivery was on time! During install I called a few times with questions and the team were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful! Also having shopped around I think you would also struggle to beat their prices! Highly highly recommend!
