Requested a Gas Safe inspection for my rental which was due in a short time frame, called The Landlord Shop who were more than accomodating and carried out the inspection in good time (prior to expiry). Used these guys for many years, not just for Gas Safe but also the other services that they provide for landlords. Competitively priced and always a 1st class service. I would highly recommend to any new and existing landlords.
