We bought a glass radiator from here in December 2019. The person that dealt with my order was great as it was coming up to Christmas but despite the busy season, he was able to arrange delivery without any problems. Almost a year on, we are still extremely happy with the product.

I am afraid I am not impressed with the after sales service. I do like the radiators, but I got just 2 winters out of them. When I called the company, I was told the radiators cannot be fixed, so the only option was to buy new ones! I have the emails to prove it!

I would highly recommend The Glass Radiator company if you are looking for an impressive looking heating device. We are not local to the company and our sale was dealt with from start to finish via e mail and telephone calls. Aidan was very professional and more than helpful in making sure the type of design I was after would be shown at its best once made into a radiator. The design, costing and process was explained fully and we were kept up to date with how things were going at all times. We have had lots of comments on the finished product and many people are totally surprised to find out that it is an actual radiator and not just a piece of artwork. Not only does the finished product look fantastic but it has made such a difference in keeping our open plan lounge so much warmer.
