I visit this salon twice a year (every 6 months or so), never had issues before! I had my lashes and hair done today, wasn't happy with my lashes at all (specially considering this is from a "senior" staff) told her it didn't look as good as when I've had them done previously (from other staff members) but she kept saying it's how it's supposed to look like (NOT!). I told her "this is what it looks like after 2 weeks of having the lash extentions on", so much gap and needs filling already! My hair didn't look right but the girl who did it, handled it well and told me to come back to tone it down. The lady who did my lashes however, is in denial! When a customer is telling or showing you they aren't happy, you don't fight this - you listen to them and sort it out (unfortunately left the place unhappy with my lashes!) even when I told her several times.
