Horrendous organisational skills. Website enquiry page doesn’t work. Receptionist struggles to take down your contact details, and sounds like you’re disturbing them when you call. In their defence, Lynne Major called me straight back, to resolve, but I wouldn’t trust them to make booking as I’d fear they’d mess it up and double book. Going elsewhere!
